NB-IoT / 5G
Narrowand IoT (NB-IoT) is the technology on which the mass mobile IoT pillar of 5G technology is based. This communications standard allows the deployment of IoT-based solutions with low communications costs, great coverage range, great autonomy (low battery consumption), low latency and scalability in the deployment of devices.
Through a direct mobile connection, each IoT device sends its data to the cloud or to the platform in charge of information management. CTIC develops distributed IoT communications architectures supported on the NB-IoT standard.
