The Acelera pyme CTIC RuralTech Office is part of the Acelera pyme programme, an initiative of the Government of Spain, to build the reference ecosystem to support the digitisation of SMEs.
The Acelera pyme Rural Offices aim to promote the adoption of technologies by SMEs, freelancers and entrepreneurs in municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants.
All this, to promote the development of the whole country and the economy, contributing to the maintenance of the rural population in the context of the demographic challenge.
The Acelera pyme Offices launched throughout Spain by Red.es, a public entity attached to the Ministry of Digital Transformation through the Secretary of State for Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence, have an overall budget of 23.8 million euros, of which Red.es will provide up to 80% of the eligible budget and the beneficiary entities the rest.
The actions are financed by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan through the Next Generation EU funds, within the framework of the Digital Spain 2026 agenda and the SME Digitalisation Plan 2021-2025, whose fourth measure of the "Basic digitalisation for SMEs" axis of action includes the creation of a network of Acelera pyme Offices.
CTIC has set up an SME Accelerator Office, the CTIC RuralTech SME Accelerator Office, from which it offers the following services to SMEs:
- Technological advice: resolution of all kinds of doubts, queries, technological advice.
- Diagnosis of needs and digital transformation plan: diagnosis of technological needs and development of simple transformation plans to mark the path of improvement appropriate to the needs of each company diagnosed.
- Resolution of doubts, queries, etc.
- Informative conferences: informative conferences on different digital tools of interest to the company.
